Mark is a solicitor specialising in a number of private client areas including asset protection, estate planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, succession planning, wills, trusts and executries. He joined the firm in 2006 having spent the previous 12 years with a specialist private client and asset management firm in Edinburgh. Mark is a committee member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in Scotland and is a regular speaker and chair at national conferences. He is also a director of the local enterprise company, HIE – IEH and on the Board of Governors of Eden Court. Mark lives in Ross-shire with his young family.
