Litigation - General
This covers any aspect of the law, which may result in Court action. All reasonable steps should be taken to resolve issues without the need to go to Court - which is a last resort. Recent reforms in court procedure embody this principle due to the cost implications for all parties should matters proceed to Court. However, this does not alter the approach we take to protecting/enforcing our clients' interests.
Typical areas that are covered by litigation include:
- Breach of Contract
- Boundary Disputes
- Employment
- Payment
- Personal Injury (including road traffic accidents). Niall Ramsay of our offices is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law.
