We have a dedicated Letting Department which can offer various levels of service tailored to your needs, allowing you to be involved as much or as little as you wish.

Our Lettings Manager, Amanda Douglas, can attend at your property to provide you with a rent appraisal and guide you through the whole process, advising you on your legal obligations as a Landlord and all other practical matters associated with letting out your property.


Landlords
Are you aware for instance that all Private Landlords require to be registered with the relevant Local Authority? For further information for properties in the Highland area including Inverness click here.

Our Lettings Manager can advise you on what is required and on other matters involved in leasing your property, such as Houses in Multiple Occupation.

Tenants

PROPERTY DEPARTMENT
We have a dedicated team in our Property Department dealing with both the sale and rental of residential and commercial property. Our experienced Property Staff will be happy to visit your property and give advice on how best to market your property and at what price.

Fully automated estate agency package with mailing list and property matching service. As soon as your property is ready to market we will advise the potential purchasers on our mailing list.

We provide the full package of estate agency and conveyancing all under one roof keeping your costs down and providing a smooth and efficient service. When moving from one property to another it can be a stressful time – we do our very best to alleviate any hassle from what can already be an anxious time.

Free Virtual Tours. As part of our estate agency package we offer our clients free virtual tours of their properties

We will arrange all your advertising. Being a member of the Highland Solicitor’s Property Centre, we enjoy preferential insertion rates and we have discounted rates with most of the local advertisers. Want to advertise in an exclusive magazine or publication? No problem, we can arrange advertising in virtually any publication on your behalf.

We will arrange viewings in accordance with your request and can accompany viewers around your property should you so wish.
