We can assist in advising partners in drafting partnership agreements, shareholders in drafting shareholders agreements and advise businesses both small and large. 

We act for local builders assisting them in the setting up and marketing of housing developments.  For example we are very pleased to recently have been instructed by McGinnis Developments Limited as their sole selling and legal agents for a substantial new development at Slackbuie.
