We can assist the commercial client through the process of setting up, purchasing and selling companies, hotels and businesses.  We always seek to work closely with the accountants and other professional advisors to ensure that any transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible for the client and to ensure that wherever possible this is done  in the most tax efficient manner.  We have a dedicated Licensing Department who can advise on all aspects relating to licensing . We can assist in advising partners in drafting partnership agreements, shareholders in drafting shareholders agreements and advise businesses both small and large.

We act for local builders assisting them in the setting up and marketing of housing developments.  For example we are very pleased to recently have been instructed by McGinnis Developments Limited as their sole selling and legal agents for a substantial new development at Slackbuie.
