Our Commercial Conveyancing team has many years of experience in dealing with commercial conveyancing transactions.

We can assist in the negotiating and drafting of leases for both commercial landlords and tenants.  Our aim is to explain in simple and easy to understand language documents which are quite often quite  technical and detailed and we always seek to work closely with Surveyors and Accountants to ensure that they are in the most favourable terms for the client.

We have a wide experience in dealing with commercial sales and purchase and act for a number of leading individuals, businesses and pension funds.  As the owners of ASG Commercial, Scotland’s specialist selling agents to the hospitality retail and leisure market we are regularly involved in the sale of hotels, restaurants and pubs.
